Not stock photography. These are our own guests, on our own journeys, published with their permission.

Algeria is photographed far less than its neighbours, so most pictures you will find of it are of the monuments rather than of the trip. These are the trip: tea in a guesthouse, a lane in a ksar, lunch that went on too long, someone insisting on a photo in a wadi.

Every person here agreed to appear. If you have travelled with us and would like a photograph added — or taken down — tell us and we will do it the same day.
